Insurance & Liability Policy
Coverage Overview
The student's training vehicle is fully insured during all active lessons and test sessions. This includes a comprehensive insurance policy designed for student drivers.
Deductible Waiver
The policy includes a $1,500 deductible waiver for the student, providing peace of mind during your training sessions.
Liability Terms
- Instructor Negligence: If an accident occurs due to the instructor's negligence or improper guidance, the student bears no liability.
- Student Operational Error: If the accident results from the student's operational error, the student is responsible for a maximum of $1,500. Any remaining amount will be covered by the insurance company.

Which package is right for me?
If you are under 18, the 6-Hour Teen Package is mandatory. For adults, we recommend starting with a 2-Hour evaluation session so the instructor can assess your skill level and recommend the best package.
How does the "Pass-Assistance" work?
This is a bundle designed to see you through to success. It includes training hours and up to 3 car rentals for the DMV test. While we can't control the DMV examiner's decision, our training ensures a 95% pass rate within these 3 attempts.
Do you offer pick-up and drop-off?
Yes, for most local areas in Sunnyvale and surrounding cities, we offer door-to-door service. Please confirm your specific location when booking.
